We believe in the Bible as the Divinely inspired Word of God (2Pe.1:20-21; 2Pe.3:16), the revelation of His mind and will to man (2Ti.3:16-17), our infallible, all-sufficient guide for salvation for the Christian life (1Co.4:6).
We believe in one God (De.32:39; Is.45:18), the Creator (1Co.8:6) and sustainer of all (Col.1:17), eternally existing in three persons (Ro.16:26): Father, Son and Holy Spirit (1Jn.5:7; 2Co.13:14; 1Pe.1:2; Ro.8:9).
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ (Jn.1:1), that He is true God (Php.2:6); and true man (1Ti.2:5), begotten of the Holy Spirit (Lk.1:35), born of a virgin (Mt.1:23-25), and that He had a perfect and sinless humanity (Heb.4:15; 2Co.5:21; 1Pe.2:22).
We believe in the total depravity of the natural of man (Ge.6:5; Ro.3:9-18; Ro.7:18) that through his fall in the Garden of Eden sin and death came into the world (Ge.3:19; Ro.5:12-14; Ro.6:23), so that all mankind are born as slaves to sin (Ps.51:5;Ro.6:18; Ro.7:14) and absolutely unable to save himself from eternal punishment by his works (Eph.2:8-9, 2Ti.1:9; Ti.3:4-5).
We believe man is destined to die once, then face judgement (He.9:27; 2Co.5.10; Mt.16:27;) and in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust (Ac.24:15; Jn.5:28-29; Rev.20:4-6), the everlasting blessedness of the saved (Re.22:1-5; Re.21:1-4), and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost (Re.20:11-15; Lk.16:22-24; Mk.9:47-48).
We believe that Christ, through His sacrifice on the cross He freed us from the penalty of sin (1Co.15:3; 1Pe.3:18; Ro.5:6-11), through His resurrection from the dead He freed us from the power of sin (1Co.15:14&17, Ro.4:25; 1Pe.1:3) and before He ascended into heaven he promised one day to rescue us from the polution of sin that is in the world (Ac.1:11; 1Co.5:9-10; Jn.14:3; Eph.2:3), then on Penticost sent His Spirit to cleanse us from the presence of sin through our confession to God (Ro.8:13-14; 2Th.3:13; Jn.7:39; Jn.16:7).
We believe that we are saved by grace (Eph.2:8-10, 1Co.15:10; Php.1:6), which grants us not only the faith to believe (Heb.12:2; 1Ti.1:14) but also works in us to will and to act according to His good purpose (Php.2:12-13; 2Ti.1:9-10) as we are being transformed into His likeness (Ro.8:28-30; Tit.2:11-14; 2Co.3:18; He.12:14).
We believe that all who in faith receive Jesus Christ as Savior (Ac.4:12) and Lord (Heb.5:9; 1Jn.2:3-6); by repenting of their sin (Ac.20:21; 2Co.7:10; Ac.2:38) and calling on his name through baptism (Ro.10:12; Ac.22:16), are born of the Holy Spirit (Jn.1:13; 1Jn.3:9), indwelt by the Holy Spirit (1Co 3:16; Ro.8:9); kept by the Spirit (2Co 1:21-22; 2Ti 1:14; Ro 8:13) and by the Holy Spirit become the one Body of Christ, the Church (1Cor.12:12-14; 1Co.6:16; Eph 2:22).
We believe that God gave at least one gift to each believer (Ro.12:6; 1Co.7:7; 1Pe 4:10) that through the gifts given to the body of believers the church is complete (Eph.4:11-13; 1Co.1:7; 1Co.12:27-31) so no one is to neglect the gift given him (1Ti.4:14; 2Ti 1:6) but must use it according to his faith (Ro.12:6; Ro.14:23; He.11:6) as even the least gift is not to be forbidden (1Co.14:39). In this way Christ through the Holy Spirit will guide the men to use their gifts as they come to worship with a song, or a prayer, or a scripture or a word to the edification of the body (1Co.14:26-31).
We believe that we will not suffer wrath (1Th.1:10), but in the personal coming of the Lord on the clouds in the air to rapture (catch up) the church at the first resurrection (1 Th.4:13-17) at the last trumpet (1Co.15:51).
We believe that Christ will return on the earth on a White Horse and that we will reign with Christ a thousand years, after which the dead will be judged at the Great White Throne of judgement (2Th.1:6-10; Re.19:11-20:15).
